How do I access courses after purchase? Access
You receive immediate access to all modules and future updates. Use the email you checked out with to sign in. If you don’t see access within 5 minutes, check spam/junk and then contact support with your payment receipt.
Do you offer refunds? Payments
Refunds follow our policy shown at checkout and in the Terms. If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have a billing issue, contact support quickly and include your order email and transaction reference to speed up resolution.
Are courses suitable for any country? Global

Do I get certificates? Learning

How long do I keep access to the course? Access
Access duration depends on what’s stated on the checkout page for your specific offer. If your plan includes lifetime access, you keep access as long as the platform is available, including updates released for that course.
